As Head of Digital Transformation within Heineken UK, Lynsey leads a cross functional programme of transformation aimed at delivering brand new B2B experiences for Heineken customers. This involves a complete transformation of nearly all customer touch points. Ecommerce lies at the heart of the transformation with ambitious plans to grow online ordering to a record 80% by 2020.
Prior to Lynsey’s current role, she was Head of Product for Heineken Digital Europe, building and deploying ecommerce products across Heineken operating countries in Europe and supporting them on their transformational change plans.
