He believes that traditional Lean Six Sigma deployment still leaves 80% of employees with little idea on how to solve a simple problem and therefore it is not cultural. His knowledge and experience of people behavior change models to engage and enable culture change is a speciality - he considers as a real shortfall in many business strategies today.
